About the Founder: Cliffson Jeanpaul From Pain to Purpose — A Journey of Faith, Resilience, and Compassion Cliffson Jeanpaul was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he was raised by his mother alongside two sisters. From a very young age, Cliffson experienced the weight of abandonment — his father walked away and never played a role in his life. Raised in poverty, surrounded by struggle, and without a father’s guidance, Cliffson learned to rely on faith, perseverance, and the strength of his mother’s love. When he came to the United States, Cliffson hoped for a better future. But the journey was far from easy. At one point, he lost everything — even his home. Broken but not defeated, he made a personal vow to God: “If You help me rise again, I will spend my life lifting others.” That vow gave birth to Jean Paul Foundation INC, a nonprofit committed to helping families in crisis — feeding the hungry, assisting with rent and bills, and restoring dignity to those who feel forgotten. Funded from Cliffson’s own pocket and supported by kindhearted donors, the foundation now reaches hundreds of people with love and compassion. Cliffson’s story is also one of entrepreneurship. He built several businesses from the ground up — including C&K Global Shipping INC and CliffMotor Auto Parts LLC — learning from failure and growing through faith. He never stopped believing in his purpose. Later in life, Cliffson experienced something he never expected — he met his father for the very first time. That moment, and the story behind it, is filled with emotion, pain, healing, and truth. It will be shared in full in Cliffson’s upcoming autobiography, along with the deep personal battles he’s never spoken about publicly. “I know what it means to be left with nothing. That’s why I fight to give everything I can. God gave me a second chance — now I live to be a second chance for others.” Cliffson Jeanpaul is a leader, a giver, and a survivor. COO CHIEF OPERATION OFFICER 🌟 Introducing Our COO – Herline Jeanpaul 🌟 It is with honor, gratitude, and deep faith that I introduce my wife, Herline Jeanpaul, as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Jeanpaul Foundation. I first met Herline at her church — a woman of God, full of wisdom, education, and compassion. She was teaching Sunday morning classes to the children, planting seeds of faith and love in the next generation. From that moment, I knew she was special. Before our wedding, some people we thought would stand by her disappeared. But God — always faithful — sent others in their place. I promised her that day: “Since they left, I will never leave. I will stand by your side forever.” Now, as husband and wife, parents, and partners in both life and mission, we continue walking this journey together. We’ve been through storms, but we never gave up. We learned that even when people walk away, forgiveness is greater. Because God forgives, we must also forgive. Herline supports me in all things — from our businesses to our calling to serve others through Jeanpaul Foundation. She’s honest, strong, organized, and always working behind the scenes to make sure we can reach as many lives as possible. With a sharp financial acumen and a genuine passion for social impact, Martino bridges the gap between philanthropy and purpose-driven investment.
In his role, Martino cultivates relationships with donors, sponsors, and strategic partners who believe in the foundation’s vision of supporting underserved communities in Newark and beyond. He works closely with our leadership team to ensure transparency, accountability, and long-term sustainability of our programs—including food distribution, rent and utility support, and other critical services.
Martino’s professionalism, integrity, and belief in meaningful change make him a trusted voice for our supporters and a vital part of our growth.
